Visitor Training
PX-5435, Visitor Training Matrix, will help invited visitors identify the training requirements for general plant visits, meetings, etc. PX-5436, Contractor Training Matrix, identifies the training required for persons performing work or services at Pantex.
For your convenience, some courses are available to read before your visit. Additional training may be needed depending on job and/or facility requirements.
Bring completed training completion form (PX-3864) with you when you arrive at Pantex. Faxed forms are often illegible and are NOT acceptable. If a social security number is entered on the form, the form should be handled as Official Use Only, and if emailed to Pantex, the email should be encrypted.
For uncleared visitors and all Pantex Plant contractors:
- Complete Course #553.05, Subcontractor/Uncleared Visitor Training," annually.
- After completing the course, fill out and print form PX-3864, Subcontractor/Uncleared Visitor Training Completion.
For cleared subcontractors:
- Complete Course 66.09, Pantex Annual Security Refresher. Contact your Site Technical Representative (STR) for details.
- Complete Course 66.15, CMPC Essentials (Clrd Subs), annually if requesting Pantex Plant access.
- After completing Course 66.15, fill out and print form PX-3864, CMPC Essentials (Clrd Subs) Training Completion.
Personnel handling sensitive government information (UCNIOUO/CUI) without a clearance are required to view:
- Identification and Protection of UCNI/Legacy OUO/CUI for Vendors and Subcontractors briefing.
- Review PX-6923, UCNICUI Protection Requirements for Pantex Supplier.
- This review is required every two years if you continue to handle such information.
- After reviewing both, fill out and print form PX-6668, the UCNI/CUI Information Protection Acknowledgement Agreement.
- Present PX-6668 to your Procurement representative and email a copy to heather.caudill@pantex.doe.gov.
Pantex Essential Training Test-Out Study Guides
Please be aware our testing policy requires a passing score for each test of 80%; score(s) below 80% will require attending the classroom training upon arrival.
